Our firm’s history dates back to 1963, when Attorney Abdulrahman Saeed Alghafir established the law office following more than a decade of distinguished service within the judiciary. His extensive legal and judicial experience laid the foundation for a practice built on integrity, professionalism, and client-focused solutions.

Since its establishment, the firm has remained committed to delivering high-quality legal and advisory services while safeguarding the interests of its clients and maintaining the highest professional standards.

In 1994, Dr. Yahya Abdulrahman Alghafir joined the firm, marking a new phase of growth and international expansion. Dr. Yahya further strengthened the firm’s capabilities by earning a Master’s Degree in International Law from Thomas Jefferson University, USA, followed by a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Walden University, USA.

With more than thirty years of professional experience in international legal and commercial matters, Dr. Yahya has participated in numerous international conferences, professional forums, and international commercial arbitration proceedings. His expertise spans cross-border business advisory services, international transactions, dispute resolution, and strategic business consulting.
